### Fractional ownership of private equity through Crowdfunding:

Our ultimate goal is to open a decentralized crowdfunding platform in the UAE. It is usually difficult to get funds for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs); most likely, 50-70% of applications of SMEs for funding are rejected by the UAE banks, yet SMEs contribute to the UAE economy around 60% of its GDP. Crowdfunding is required to grow SMEs in the UAE but being only limited to traditional finance, crowdfunding is still limited in its scope for funding requirements of SMEs. This is where we intend to pioneer as the first crowdfunding platform that gets it funds through DeFI. We would make this possible by launching fractional ownership of equity through NFTs, allowing startups to offer equity in exchange for funding, with NFTs symbolizing fractional stakes. This strategy democratizes investment and leverages technology to redefine equity-based crowdfunding, aligning with our goal to provide cutting-edge investment opportunities and lead innovation in the Real-World Assets market.
